Master Chief Harry Bologna

Master Chief Harry Bologna lost both of his legs to an I.E.D. explosion in Afghanistan 3 years ago. Harry is a Navy Seal and shot an Awesome Red Stag, a beautiful Bull Tahr, a nice Chamois and some Cull Fallow Deer at long range. As per normal, Harry had an awesome attitude to life and all of us at Lochinvar Safaris wish him the best for his future. Harry was accompanied by MSgt Dustin Jones from Combat Marine Outdoors, whom was also a Combat Wounded. Another great guy to be with!

• The 2nd Red Stag was kindly donated by Leila and Bryce Somerville of Morevale Ranch
• Richard Jackson and Ryan Morris donated their guiding services in their own time
• Mark Harrison and Lochinvar Safaris donated the Chamois, the lodging and return airfares from Virginia Beach, USA to Christchurch, New Zealand
• Geoff and Ben Harding of Harding Taxidermy donated all the costs associated in expediting Harry’s trophies
• Esplanade Travel donated the cost of Harry’s travel insurance and put US$200 towards the cost of Harry’s airfares
• United Airlines made Harry and Dustin Gold members of the Star Alliance for extra baggage to get Harry’s trophies home to the USA and gave them preferred seating etc.
